Wayne Wittal
President
Wayne has been with DW Builders his whole life. His earliest memories are of visiting sites with his father, Doug. Wayne’s commitment to excellence is evident in everything we do.
Wayne is a certified Red Seal Carpenter with over 25 years of construction experience; carpentry, site supervision, project management, estimating, sales, and client care are Wayne’s passions.
Outside of work Wayne is a dedicated husband and father of three. Wayne supports his children in their passions. Wayne’s strong family values benefit the positive and productive culture at DW Builders.
Ben Colver
Vice President
Ben has been with DW Builders since 2009. Originally from Calgary, Ben moved to Kamloops in 2003 and fell in love with the city and the surrounding area. Like Wayne, Ben has been involved in construction most of his life. From his early days cleaning up sites and moving materials to successfully managing complicated multi-million-dollar projects, Ben has experience at all levels of construction; residential, commercial, and industrial. Ben is a strong communicator; he listens and can see things from other viewpoints, and he is adept at solving problems and finding efficiencies.
Outside of work Ben enjoys living in Kamloops with his wife and two daughters. Ben’s outgoing and positive mentality benefit the success of DW Builders.
